Return and Refund Policy

At North Ease Canada, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Please read the following return conditions carefully before submitting a return request.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • A return request may only be submitted after the product has been physically received.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping costs or customs fees.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

  • Trying on clothing is allowed, but items must not show any signs of wear.

  • Orders placed intentionally in multiple sizes with the intention of partially returning items are not permitted.

If the returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a partial refund.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

1. Submit a return request
Contact us via email at info@northeasecanada.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Receive return instructions
After your request is reviewed, you will receive the return address of our supplier, which may be located internationally.

3. Ship the item back
Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment and covering all associated costs, including shipping and possible customs charges.

4. Use a tracked shipping method
We strongly recommend sending returns using a track & trace shipping service to ensure safe delivery.


Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days using the original payment method used during purchase.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Liability

  • North Ease Canada is not responsible for lost or missing packages when the tracking information indicates the order has been successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, we cannot guarantee that the address can still be changed.
