Any customs charges imposed by your local authorities are the responsibility of the customer. North Ease Canada has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Responsibility During Shipping

Once an order has been shipped and the tracking information indicates that the package has been successfully delivered, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can still be updated.
